はっきり言ってラーメンにウルサイ。
ご当地ラーメンが流行っているけれど、北海道のラーメンといえば「札幌味噌ラーメン」と
思う人が多いのではないだろうか？
でも、北海道の中では旭川のラーメンが一番美味しいという人が多い。
旭川ラーメンの特徴といえば、他のご当地ラーメンと違って味噌、塩、しょうゆのどの味でも
美味しい店が存在している。
そんな中でも、個性の強い店が多いので、味噌という括りの中にも色々な味噌味があって
飽きることが無い。
昨日は【よし乃】という店の味噌ラーメンを食べた。
この店は、味が濃い味噌ラーメンでちょい辛。毎日は食べられないけど月に１回は食べたい感じの
ラーメンである。
